By purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All Sales are Final.

 

All festival tickets include camping, music, workshops, direct access to the Colorado River and all associated facility fees.  Kids 15 and under are free of charge. Rancho Del Rio will open to YarmonyGrass patrons at 3pm on Thursday, August 9th.  Campsites are a short walk from the river and stages.  The Box Office will close each night at Midnight Aug 9, 10, and 11 - festival goers must arrive before midnight or wait outside the gates until the next morning when Box Office reopens at 10 am - cars will park in line and must be ready to move their vehicle at 10 am the next morning.

YarmonyGrass encourages all festival-goers to carpool.  Parking is NOT included with purchase of a festival ticket.  You must purchase a separate parking pass. All oversized vehicles including RVS, Buses, Trucks pulling trailers and any other vehicle larger than a standard SUV must purchase an RV camping pass and park in the RV Camping area.


NO DOGS OR OTHER DOMESTICATED ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED in the campground or on festival grounds and may not be left in vehicles.

All bar and on-site ticket sales are cash only and there is no ATM on site.

This ticket is subject to YarmonyGrass’s Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.


This ticket is a revocable license to the bearer. The facility and their designated representatives reserve the right to refuse admission or remove ticket holder at any time for any reason.


The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. The only valid tickets are those purchased through an authorized YarmonyGrass vendor.
The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, and accepts all responsibility for compliance with event rules, regulations and signage.
The facility, event organizers, their employees and volunteers are not liable for any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket was issued. The holder hereby releases, discharges and holds harmless the event organizers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to its failure to comply.
By attending the event ticket holder also grants permission to event organizers to, without additional compensation, use, reproduce, distribute, and display ticket holder's likeness in promotional, marketing, and advertising materials or on their websites.
All sales are final. No refunds and no exchanges. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced - store your tickets in a safe place. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason. Event date, time, location, price, and talent are subject to change. Any claims for refunds due to event cancellation must be submitted in writing to YarmonyGrass within 30 days from when the event was to have taken place. Tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather.
Video recording of the event is strictly prohibited. Photography and audio recording is permitted only to the extent allowed by the band; visit the band's website for more information. No flash photography.

Keep your ticket in a cool, dry place. Exposure to sunlight and/or water may damage your ticket!


TICKETHOLDER RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK RELATED TO THE COLORADO RIVER:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way or attend the YarmonyGrass Festival related activities, the purchaser of this ticket (“Ticketholder”) acknowledges and agrees as follows:
RISK
(i) The risk of injury from activities in, on and around the Colorado River is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death;
(ii) These risks are increased if Ticketholder is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
ASSUMPTION OF RISK / RELEASE OF LIABILITY
(iii) Ticketholder knowingly and freely assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, even arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others, and assumes full responsibility for his/her participation; and
(iv) Ticketholder, for himself/herself, and on behalf of his/her heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASES, INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS Pure Productions, LLC, the YarmonyGrass Festival, and their members, officers, agents, volunteers and/or employees and assigns, and, if applicable, owners and lessors or premises used to conduct the YarmonyGrass Festival (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH Ticketholder may suffer, or loss or damage to Ticketholder or Ticketholder’s property in, on or around the Colorado River, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
