It's not too late to volunteer for this weekend's event - the 13th Annual YarmonyGrass Festival held on August 9-12, 2018 at Rancho del Rio in Bond, Colorado!  Please read the following information and ask for Anna when you arrive at box office - let them know you are a new volunteer who needs to be added to the schedule.  



  • Must choose two (2) 5-hour shifts you are 100% committed to volunteering for

  • $150 CASH deposit is required at time of arrival - (FULL DEPOSIT RETURNED UPON SHIFT COMPLETION
  • Be Happy!

  • Be on time for your shifts

  • Be accountable for your responsibilities

  • Help encourage "Leave No Trace" with your fellow festival-goers  This is a Pack-In-Pack-Out campground

  • NO DOGS are allowed at the festival

  • Zero tolerance during your shifts (you will forfeit your deposit if you arrive for your shift intoxicated, or become intoxicated during your shift)



There are many positions before, during, and after the festival for which need to be filled.  While we are unable to guarantee positions, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  Please let us know what positions you are most interested in: 

  • Pre event set up (helping to build the site with fencing, tents, and decorations)

  • Box Office

  • Traffic Directors

  • Stage Production (must have previous experience and able to lift over 30 lbs)

  • Green Team (must be able to lift over 30 lbs)

  • Merchandise Tent (must have previous experience)

  • Post event breakdown

  • Friday 10 am-3 pm

  • Friday 2 pm-7 pm

  • Friday 6 pm-11 pm

  • Saturday 10 am-3 pm

  • Saturday 6 pm-11 pm

  • Sunday 10 am-3 pm

  • Sunday 2 pm-7 pm

  • Monday 12 pm-5 pm (Post-event breakdown)


  • 3-Day Festival wristband valued at $159. *Due to limited capacity all Volunteers must pay for parking.*
